A roach and a broken AC

The location was fantastic, just a stone’s throw from the concert venue, and we were excited to experience the night.

The room was deeply disappointing, a broken air conditioner, dirty bathroom fixtures, and even a cockroach in the shower—all unexpected troubles for our stay.

The hotel had some positives, such as a fantastic breakfast and a welcoming staff that truly cared about guests. However, the room we stayed in had issues, including a noticeable odor and some cleanliness concerns. Great for families, but improvements in room maintenance would enhance the stay.

My stay was pleasant, especially with short walks to nearby restaurants like chili's and quick access to beautiful shorty howell park, which I loved exploring during my free time. however, the hotel could improve its maintenance efforts as I noticed some areas needing attention.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, making our family feel welcome. The breakfast offerings were delightful, especially the fresh pastries. Don’t miss the pool area – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring!

My kids wished there were more activities or play areas for them. A better dedicated children's space would really enhance the family experience.

The location is really convenient for local attractions. The carpets are filthy, and the elevators smell terrible.

Decent location but disappointing room conditions

I stayed in a Guestroom King Sofa Bed for 3 nights and the location was convenient for my needs. Unfortunately, the room itself had several maintenance issues such as a non-functional refrigerator and a coffee maker that didn't work, which detracted from my overall experience. The breakfast was limited in options, leaving much to be desired.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left something to be desired. There were reports of dirty sheets and hair found in towels, which is less than ideal. Some maintenance issues affected the stay, like malfunctioning cable TV and a bathroom sink that didn’t drain well, taking away from the experience. Only one elevator seemed to function reliably, leading to lengthy wait times, which can be frustrating when you just want to get to your room. On top of that, the lack of a duvet in one of the rooms indicated half-hearted housekeeping efforts, likely leading to discomfort.

We visited local wineries and did some outlet shopping nearby, which was a highlight. The location made it super easy to get around. Just a heads up, breakfast can get crowded, so plan accordingly. Overall, a memorable stay!

One downside was the breakfast situation. the lines were long due to a conference. It was tough to get a meal without a wait.

The fitness center was really nice with plenty of equipment, and the outdoor pool was a great place to relax. My room had a flat-screen TV and a good desk to work at. Plus, there was a safety deposit box and tea/coffee maker, which were super convenient.

The room was spacious, which was great. But the bathroom was very awkward with a door that barely closed. The shower head blasted water everywhere, and the fridge didn't work right. The place felt a bit outdated, and there were definitely issues with noise at night. Just not what I expected for the price I paid.

The Sonesta offered a great location for my business trip, with clean rooms that were both modern and comfortable. The staff efficiently assisted with my requests and provided prompt service when needed. The on-site business center was particularly useful, allowing me to handle work tasks without any hassle.
